My nephew Roger, gets his first Axis on Oct. 30.  Made 128yd Shot with Traditions
.50cal muzzleloader,loaded with 95gr Pyodex RS and 300gr Hornady XTP.

March 25-27, 2011
A great two nights of hunting.  Bagged three Axis on first night, then two nice bulls and a Turkey
on second Night.  Big Bull on second night was the biggest we have ever taking, Field dressing around 225lbs.
Its a shame he was still in velvet, but it put a lot of meat on the table.  The turkey may not seem like much, but it was my first with my new Traditions Muzzleloader.  Made a 103yrd Neck shot using Hornady 250 grain SST .45 cal sabot.
